Shampoo as usual. Mix baking soda with a little shampoo in the palm of your hand to make a thin paste. Apply it to the areas with product build-up and let it sit for about 10 min. Rinse and condition. Repeat for three days if necessary. If that doesn't get it all, go to your salon and ask for a professional clarifying treatment to remove your product build-up. Once it's gone, ease up on the products and more than likely switch brands.

The best clarifying shampoo is Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo.
If this product doesn't help, then it might be the water. A baking soda rinse might help.
