YOU CAN'T CONVERT FAT INTO MUSCLE!!! I have seen this same question like fifty times. They are two different types of tissue, What you are trying to do is burn fat and increase muscle mass. To do this you want to do a combination of weight lifting and cardio.

It is impossible to convert fat into muscle - they are 2 different cell types.

they are two different things you can't turn either one to another. to burn your body fat you need to work on your cardio, to gain muscle you need to lift some weights. Eventually you're body fat will just slowly go away.
