mine is when i was is gym and we needed to jumprope and i fell almost 6 times in a row,RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BOYFRIEND!

when i was about 2 or 3 i had to hold myself up on the toilet because my butt was so small. one day, my mom was in the shower, so everything was wet with condensation, so it was slippery, and my hands slipped! i screamed "MOMMY!" and my mom jumped out of the shower and my dad came running down the hall and i was up to my armpits in water!
my dad still mentions that when we meet new people. i've learned to laugh about it!
