Walk up to her when shes alone and take it slow. You should say this "You seem like a really nice girl and I really want to get to know you. Would you like to go to the movies or get icecream sometime?" Movies are a good idea, but what people don't know icecream can make a girl feel loved, and she'll think it's romantic. I could go on and on with great tips so if you need anything e-mail me!

Honestly, if the girl likes you, she won't think a whole lot about how you ask her. But the best way to word it really is an individual thing. It depends on how well you know the girl, what kind of person you are, etc etc.
A good combonation might be: 'I've been thinking a lot about you lately... Would you like to go out to the movies with me tonight?'
But it's really a personal matter. Regardless of how you ask, the answer won't really change too much.

LOL I'm 25 and have never asked a girl out before. When I think about it, all you're really saying (or asking) is if they will agree to spend more time with you, apart from the incidentals.

Ask her to go to the movies with you. But first get to know her, I hate it when guys ask you out when they have never even talked to you.

Just try to start a conversation at first and then slowly gradiate up to "Will you go out with me?" Hide a flower in your jacket and give it to her when you ask. Just don't be too gushy because she definatly won't then. :-))

this is what i did:
i told her to meet me at a park and i covered her eyes with a blind fold. then when she opened her eyes, she saw a picnic set out for her and me, and cake and balloons every where. also, i had flower petals laid down on the grass around the picnic blanket. they're were also her favorite flowers around us. then she said, "this is unbelievable." then i smiled and said, "will you be my girlfriend?"
and yeah, it worked. we're happily married and have beautiful children(:

ease into small talk, nothing too big, nothing too agressive and nothing too shy, "do you want to out with me" is a statement with no confidence, after talking to her, say, you seem cool, we should hang sometime *walk away or trade numbers*, it really depends on how you met her and what you guys are tlaking about, but remember CONFIDENCE
