Yes but in very rare cases.
HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS -
- Shortness of breath.
- Cough
- Lightheadness - dizziness - feeling Faint
- Fainting
- Nausea [feeling sick] or vomiting [being sick..]
- Swating, which may be profuse
- Feeling of "impending doom".
- Anxiety
- Intense pain in the chest, which may feel like 'an elephant sitting on the chest', or a tight band wrapped round the chest
- Pain which may travel down the neck & to the arms, sometimes to the abdominals.
If you suspect someone is having an heart attack, call 911 or 999.

ANYONE at ANY AGE can have a heart attack. However, a hurting arm does not in itself qualify as a heart attack.
ANY concerns with medical problems - she should really go and see a doctor. It may or may not be a heart attack but even if it isn't, it might be something else which is serious and early detection will be beneficial

If she has some kind of heart defect, yes, but more than likely it's just her arm hurting.

She probably is not. But children can have disorders of the heart usually something they are born with.
