i am teaching myself glass painting i am painting an image onto a mirror and have made a mistake - is there anyway i can remove the paint without ruining the rest of my image ??

i did try painting over it with a lighter color but it just doesn't look right, it would be better to remove it and start again.

thanks for any help

you could try a bit of nail varnish remover on a cotton bud maybe? might take a while but worth it if it saves your piece. try picking it off a bit first x

Just let it dry, then cut a line between the messed-up bit and the part you want to keep. Then you should be able to scrape the mistake off! After that you can use nailpolish remover or rubbing alcohol to wipe off any little pieces that stick.
