It depends on the type of hug.I mean are lingering, bear hugs. The kisses might be a bit much. He might come from a different background less affectionate. He might have been with somebody he liked who cheated. The talking now that's just crazy, besides you'll grow apart if you spend every waking moment together. He's a little over protective, insecure. If you really like him you can work it out.

Sounds like you are more physically friendly than an average girl, and your bf is more jealous and insecure than the average guy. Its up to both of you to work and compromise without either of you giving up too much of who you are. No, its not cheating, but other people may view it as innapropriate to be so friendly and physical with other guys when you are in a commited relationship. Out of sheer respect, you need to tone it down, even if it didnt bother your boyfriend. Just be careful if he is too controlling or jealous. Those are the begining warning signs of a man who may become abusive. If he starts cutting you off from friends/family, and he puts you down, RUN!!!! Put yourself in his shoes. What if he were doing those things with girls? How would you feel?

Is it cheating?
That actually depends on you two and how much you care what the other thinks if you disagree.
He, probably because of upbringing, expects that if you acknowledge he is your boyfriend, he doesn't have to compete with anyone else for your affections.
He sees this hugging and kissing and attention as competition and he doesn't like it.
So, the question becomes whether he dislikes it enough to make your relationship come apart or whether his frustration is enough to make you want out...

Most people would say well you're not married. If this is a very serious and committed relationship it is cheating. People think cheating is just by having intercourse. I think cheating is having a conversation with someone about things you should only have with your mate. So yes I think its cheating. Your kisses and hugs should only be for your boyfriend.

So he hs this rule for you that you cant talk to other guys for over 15 minutes? what happens when that rule goes down to 5 minutes? Are you his girlfriend or his slave? It sounds like he thinks he owns you.
If you are smart you will dump him before things get worse. Otherwise youre in for a lot of misery.
He has no respect for you as a human being.

No, if he knew you were this way ( very friendly) when you started dating then he should relax a little. A person should not change who they are in a relationship for the other person. Just remember if he is the same way and you don't like it then you both have to make some compromises.

Well, you believe in yourself that you are not cheating, that you are just friends with guys and girls, and that you truly love him, then you should tell him directly about this and tell me to ease his mind a bit since he seems to be a very jealous person.

Well your bf is a jealous freak and also a control freak. Pretty soon he will try to tell you what to wear and what not to. SO best thing to do is to get rid of him before you find out the hard way.

i no how u feel that is just something some girls do to there friends i do it to dont worry its not cheating as long as u feel diffrent begin with your friends that are guys than being with your boyfriend. if you feel more attracted to your boyfriend and you know that you love him more than any of your guy friends its not cheating at all and remember to tell him that u like your boyfriend not ur friends that are guys
