Ok first I would try drinking some mountain dew on like a friday, saturday, or sunday so that wat you wont even have to go to sleep. But for school nights try to get a dream machine it has lots of relaxing sounds that can make you fall asleep quickly like me i have a dream machine and it is great! UMMM for you to stop talking in your sleep i would think about not thinking about it or try to drink water before you go to bed?? ok bye

You could see a hypnotherapist. You almost certainly dream, but fail to recall them. Set an alarm for 3 hrs sleep tonight, tomorrow 4, then 5. Keep a dream journal. Read about dreams in the Psychology section of your library.

get more sleep... i know it sounds too simple, but i experience the same thing. i've read up on it, and lack of sleep generally tends to be one of the top causes of sleep disorders such as sleepwalking, talking in one's sleep, and night terrors. give it a try

Well, to help you dream..don't snore. That is, if you snore. Because it's a fact that when people snore in their sleep, they aren't dreaming.
