as every1 else has already said, muscle is heavier than fat. Doesn't matter what the scales say so long as you're happy with your body shape now.....wish I could get motivated to change to a healthier lifestyle like you have!

WELL DONE

I am the same weight as I was a few years ago and have dropped a size in clothes. This is because your body drops as you get older. Your thighs are thinner, your bottom smaller etc. Not so good with clothes off but great with clothes on.

Well, for starters muscle is HEAVIER than fat, so what makes up your weight may well have changed. As you said, your shape has changed too so you are doing something right.

You have probably just grown. The number on the scale hasn't changed because your bones weigh more, and you look thinner now, because when you grow, you stretch out.

you've lost fat, but gained muscle which is good since more muscle means you burn more calories during the day since you need extra energy to support your new muscle. don't trust scales, go by the inches you've lost or else you'll drive yourself crazy just trying to figure out everything

I think well toned muscle is heavier than fat. Either that or your scales are broken.

Are you working out more than before? Maybe you replaced fat with muscle which looks more compact, so you will look much slimmer at the same weight.

HTH : )

You have probably grown and the weight has redistributed. How old are you?
