because 1 pestures the heck out of u an the other is annoying and bites hard

what kind of Parrots do you have? Have they always been together?
If they have never been caged together you may have to place them in the cage and watch how they act. If it looks like they are getting along then I would let them share a cage.
Yes birds do and will bite, but unlike other animals there are many different reasons why they bite. If you are wanting to tame him down and teach him not to bite your welcome to contact me and I can give you some tips. But I do have a few questions about the birds I would like to ask you so I can understand why the are misbehaving.

Don't put two parrots in a cage if they don't get along. They could do terrible harm to one another.

You should seperate them.... keep their cages 'near' eachother's... but seperate them. One could be giving the other "bad habits". Make sure you keep spending time with both of them, and giving them the tlc that they need. The one that is biting.... use a glove if you need to, and slowly try to hold him on and off, until he gets used to you, and stops biting.................. be patient !!!... this WILL take time, and caring !! (and 'trust' )

It depends if one bird is bigger than the other they will most likely fight. But if they are the same type it will be ok unless one is unsocial.

If they don't get along, then don't put them together. One could easily kill the other.
