I'm a dog groomer and hear all kinds of names all the time. I have 2 dogs myself. Both males. 1 is a cattle dog mix, he is white with red and black spots . He blends into the scenery around my house so we named him "Camo". I also have a pittbull who is a buckskin color so therfore we named him "Buck". Be original , not human names,I hate it when someone brings there dog Johnny, or Sasha, Emmy , Derek, Louis. Don't name them after humans. We do have a few funny ones though, "Little Sexy", "Ranger", "Schmeegle", "Caeda", "Schuxitl", "Chuy". Anyway you get the point.

wHEN I THINK OF A NAME FOR MY ANIMALS I TRY TO COME UP with 1 that matches there personality and if that doesn't work i try to name them something that matches there color. like for instance if i had a grey cat i might call him smokey. I live on big propety so i have tons of animals so i'll give a demenstaration of my naming abilitys. k i have 8 cats. 1. Lance, i named him lance because he always tackles my leg when he wants to be pet. 2. Baby- I named her Baby because she always wants to be held. 3. Scamp- I named this cat Scamp because he is always playing. 4. Bandit- I named this cat bandit because he always steals my other animals food. 5. Gizmo- I named this cat gizmo because he is always meowing he is like a robot. 6. Taz- i named this cat after the loony toobs character Taz. I named this cat Taz because he crazy and always jumping of things. 7. Cleopatra- i named this cat cleopatra because she always hangs out by herself she always eats by her self she think she to good for everyone else. 8. Tiger- I called this cat Tiger because he is the dominant male he theleader of the pack. i have 1 rat i named her Gabriella because she very bueightiful rat with blue eyes and she is black. k my 14 birds. 1. PitBull i named this bird pitbull because as soon as he got a hold of u with his beak he never let go. 2. Casandra- named her this because she very pretty bird. k i have so much more animals but u know hope those names and my advise help ya bye.
