Bath toys are for baths...you mean to tell me they don't come clean in the bath tub? What in the world are you getting on your toys that soap and water do not remove...what are you using these toys for? shame on you!

A little anti bacterial detergent and bleach should do the trick. Spraying a little disinfectant on the toys after the child has played w/them should help as well.

If they are rubber, soaking them in a solution of bleach and water will work, then put them out to dry. If they are cloth toys (like alphabet sponges) then ring them out and lay them to dry. You can also put them in the top rack of the dishwasher, then lay them out to dry.

If there plastic, you can soak them in a bleach and water solution, squeeze them out, and towel them off. This is how we sanitize all of our toys at work
