Honestly, as a seasoned ink collector, I would never in a million years patronize a shop called "Payless." You will get what you pay for. But if you can get past the name, check out their artist's portfolios and make sure they run a clean shop.

no i have not got one there but a girl i work with has and it looks good her husband is a tattoo artist and i think he goes there to work
