Depends on the guy, and the context.
Say you bring him and his buddies some beers while they are watching the game, then you return to the kitchen but hear him say "there goes my beer-wench" that's a good thing.
But, consider that him and his buddies are watching the game and you want to talk about your feelings or something and he says "not now wench", that's a bad thing.

I wouldn't take it seriously or personally. It is more of a joke or slang. It just means woman servant for the most part but people say it jokingly.
