I bought some "Blue Tea" in Chinatown, what kind of tea is this? Can I find it online for a better price?

I am just looking for options on this tea. I really liked it,and would like to buy more, but cant make it back to Chinatown (SF) and I have looked at the website to buy it "vitaltealeaf" but I would like to shop around and see if I can find it for a better price.
Any suggestions???

Is it oolong tea? I think that is oriental and blue...or purple.
