I want to loose 20-25 pounds by May 5..Any suggestions what's a good way to loose the weight, And in a healthy way...

if your talking to lose a lotta weight in a little time you can do what my dad did.....detoxication, when you cut meat totally out of your diet, he lost 8 pounds in one week doing that. But if you don't want that much weight just start eating a healthy balanced 3 meals a day and exercise regularly and you'll lose weight.

1. It's as simple as this, if you burn off more that you eat then you will lose weight so you need to either eat less or do more but the best way is to do both. 2. You need to do a combination of cardio - running, walking, swimming, cycling etc and strength training like crunches and weights. 3. To lose weight and keep it off you need to eat healthily and exercise for the rest of your life which is why it is a good idea to find a diet and exercise routine that is sensible, you enjoy and don't try and lose it too quickly.

the most effective way is to follow a plan, something that doesnt require much thinking and more doing!!! its easy to say eat less, exercise more but its harder to put it into practice... weight watchers is one of the best diets out there, you should be able to lose most of those pounds by then as long as you follow the diet properly. drink loads of water, fill up on fruit and veg snacks if ur hungry, and dont forget the best indicator of how you are doing is not the scales, its the tape measure, if you exercise you are replacing fat with muscle and it weighs more! so even though ths scales dont show much of a difference, your clothes will! try lots of walking, swimming, cycling etc. and dont get stuckdoing exercise or eating food you dont like, vary it a little or you will get bored! i do weight watchers myself so i know it works well!!!

diet and exercise - consume less calories than you spend (about 300-400calories less than spent)
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
no white bread or anything made out of bleached flour
4-5 times a week cardio exercise 30-50min
light weight training

join weight watchers. Ask around....I have met 1 person that it didn't work for but thats because she didnt follow the rules! she liked being fat better, I guess.

You are expected to loose 2 lbs a week. Its not expensive at all either.

You can do it if you stick to 1200-1500 calories per day. Try to walk briskly 4-5 times per week! Add dumbbell exercises as you progress!

of course healthy! just remember to eat normally- not too many crisps and stuff.
Get a nintendo wii and start playing boxing on it, it'll be so fun that you'll be hooked but at the end of it you're sweating like hell... but the game was so fun it wasn't so boring like doing sit ups!
if you don't want to get a nintendo wii then just go for the jogs, sit ups, hula-hooping and other stuff...

Eat less, excercise more. In the end, you want to burn more calories that you take in. 1 pound = 3500 calories.

cut your calories. Burn off double the calories that you eat. drink TONS of water a day. and eat spicy foods, because they help to raise metabolism.
