For one thing, an hour and a half is a bit excessive, especially six days a week. It's a natural tendency to think that if some exercise is good, more must be better. You have to allow your body a chance to recover.

The way to bust plateaus is to vary your workout. Go for shorter, more intense workouts instead of slow and long. Do some interval training once a week, and perhaps hop on a bike, treadmill or stairclimber once a week also to switch things up.

Believe it or not, strength training will really help with burning calories. For one thing, the more lean muscle mass you have the more calories your body burns. Also, when you're strength training, your body must heal itself as it recovers so you're burning calories all day long, even when you rest. With cardio, you're only burning calories while you're exercising.

So, I suggest a mixed routine of strength and cardio training, perhaps on alternate days, while changing up your normal routine.

Good luck!

This all depends upon your current height and weight. Try changing some habit though. When you hit on a plateau, change something and you may come off of it. Just adding the 10 minutes on the bike in the morning, say 4 days a week should help.
