Does anyone know which Island would everyone fit on?

Did you mean the smallest possible Island?
What population? The whole World, or any particular part?
How do you know that the entire population won't fit on the Isle of Wight?
When I was a nipper I seem to remember being told that if the entire population of Britain stood shoulder to shoulder we could all fit on the Isle of Wight.
Still maybe my memory is faulty?

in his book "stand on zanzibar" john brunner reckoned you could fit around 7,000,000,000 people on it. with current world population around 6,600,000,000 there would be a bit of room to spare.
