When you want to binge, go look in the mirror; go outside; whatever, just get yourself out of the kitchen.
and excercise!
if you really can't stop a bad binge, then just chew up the food and spit it out before you swallow. works for me. I hope it helps you too.

I suggest talking to a counselor as soon as possible. Try exercising a few times a week for an hour. Exercising helps speed up your metabolism. Maybe once you start exercising, and you're really working at it, you won't want to binge and undo all the work you've done. But see a counselor.

Well my friend is a fitness instructor, and she said that you just have to exercise constantly, then you will gain muscle and lose pounds. If you want good results and healthy workouts that correspond to "you" then i suggest going to a gym and get a trainer. I don't know if you can speed up your metabolism besides ( possibly ; over the counter medication-don't know for sure if that will work/help)
Best of Luck!

Add fiber to your diet. I am the same way, my body doesn't get rid of it (I don't go number 2 a lot). I have found that taking fiber helps in being regular. I actually take one laxative with 3 fiber pills & it helps me a lot. I know what you are going through- you aren't the only one...
If I didn't do this, I would probably take a poop MAYBE once a week---IF that!

i admit i binge sometimes too. and have trouble avoiding it when im done eating...and try not to look in the mirror all the time. also i tried eating some healthy stuff to avoid bingeing. stuff like: peaches, apples, bananas, oranges, lemons, melon, cantalope, pickles, grapes, strawberries, nonfat yogurt, tomato soup, etc. lots of fruits and vegetables. but you can always sneak in a snack or too. cos it wont hurt.

cool it or your going to end up one of those skinny girls that still think they're fat. like every process of change, it wont happen overnight. its going to require work and effort. it might take a couple of months before you notice significant change. but you must always encourage yourself instead of saying things like what you just wrote to yourself. you might want to include aerobics into your exercise routine since that's what will help you loose weight faster. look up the word aerobics on google.com and you'll see which exercises to do. benching will create muscle so while you loose weight you still look nice and healthy. and trust me, the last thing you want to do is end up like Nicole Ritchie. if you can count your rib cage you are in serious health hazardous position. dont stop eating your regular foods. of course you might also want to find a diet plan to go along with your exercises. you can look up 'diet plan' on google too. i wish you the best!
