Has anyone ever heard of this? If so, tell me about it. They are supposed to give out donations to people throughout the world. Is it a scam or legit?

I also received an e-mail from them. I'm not sure if it is a scam or not, I searched 'Chiesa Cattolica Italiana' and everything was in italian and when I translated the sites I didn't find they were of much use.... wouldn't it be nice if it was true though?
