but I had to get a sponsor as her income was to low, and the sponsor through the affidavit of support is tied in for 10 years, what I would like to know is any money my sponsor pays out for me to be here in the USA do I have to pay all this back later and will they be charging me interest. any advice or places to get refferance information would be great.

sorry but if your sponsor pays to help you it is sure your duty to pay him the money back .

The sponsor is only going to have to pay, however, if you go on the dole. As long as you are employed and paying all your own taxes and bills they won't bother the sponsor.

i had to do the same thing for my EX-wife. if the sponsor has to pay, that is on the sponsor not you.. look up the rule at any immigrations office or website.

Since they are doing YOU a favor, I would think that reimbursing them is the very least you can do. You seem to be asking whether it would be OK to stiff them.
You don't HAVE to pay them back, but man, where is your pride?
