I am a FreeThinker Agnostic and Humanist. I am not a Christian so how much do you hate me? You can be totally honest. Please don't insult me either by saying that you don't hate me when it's pretty obvious that some of you do. So do you see me as a hellbound heathen sinner? Come on you can hit me with your best shot? I know some of you do see me that way. So why not admit already?

Hi Seal,

I personally don't hate you. I realise you may get some hateful comments, but all of us do.

I may not share all of your beliefs but what would be the point in having discussion where everyone agrees with you?

Please do not leave -I would be much happier if you stayed and the ones who hate you left!

Being a non-religious theist myself, I don't know why you would even bother debating religious topics. I can't believe that your position on such matters would be anything but inflammatory. Are you truly a "free" thinker or are you just another puppet for the "soft atheist" platform? (The moniker of "free thinker" is such a joke -- I have attended their meetings and refuse to be identified with them -- they are nothing more than a group of god-less-religion fanatics and make Billy Graham look quite sane!) And why do "free thinkers" always seem to target the christ based religions? There are 7 major belief systems involving approximately 1700 religions -- why pick on the minority? Scared some muslim, hindu, or bhuddist would actually remove you for your stance against them? Pick on the christians because they are spineless wimps? You criticize religious people for giving you answers that include "because my religion says so" yet all your answers include the phrase "because science says so!" You want to believe that 2 + 2 = 4...I can give you a bunch of examples where that isn't true, or doesn't even exist! I am sure you are having a field day with the responses of the religious right -- but can you stomach mine?

Those who claim to hate you have utterly missed the point of Christianity. I pray for them the same I pray for you.

I apologize if my words are an insult, but your own words ("it's pretty obvious that SOME of you do") portray that SOME may hate you and OTHERS do not.

Christianity is based entirely on love and relationship. As I write this, I am not writing to you, the free thinker, agnostic, and humanist. I am writing to anyone else who will read this and recognize that hate is not what Jesus came to establish. He came be cause he LOVES us. He died because he LOVES us. I follow Him because I LOVE Him.

No, I do not want you, the free thinker, agnostic, and humanist to leave the Yahoo! Answers page. If you do, you will fail to provide a forum for the message of LOVE that needs to be told.

I consider myself a Christian, and there are many different beliefs and/or religions based on Christian/Protestant. I think that you choose to consider yourself an Agnostic because of this issue. Thank you for being a Humanist, because I feel that it is a true an genuine belief in itself---therefore, related to some form of being a Christian. A "true" Christian would be contradicting themselves if they hate you as a person. A stronger word than "hate" is to detest. My personal belief is to not "hate" the individual, just "detest" their actions---especially when it directly affects me. Hell, I have sympathy for the Devil. I would like to correspond with you, if you decide, my E-mail address is unknownsoldier1st@yahoo.com.

there's no suitable answer to this. The religous individual could say that they love absolutely everyone. in the event that they don't answer this manner, then they're hypocritical. The Atheist, Agnostic, Freethinker, and Humanist would not dislike or hate their "own" style.

So far, I see you with a wink!!

True Christians love other Christians and even their enemies, as Jesus told us to do, or else!!

What you do about Yahoo does not affect my happiness. Well for a short time I will be sad over you, but if you repent, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents. And some Christians would have joy too.

For your information because of Adam and Eve, we are all going to the grave, unless we repent. Jesus is the judge. Luke 13:3.

I do not hate you as I haven't met you, and even if I did, there is no one in my life that I hate. That is what forgiveness is for.
I would actually prefer for you to stay in the forum, atheists are, personally, good for my faith, the more people ramble on and on about how God isn't real, I grow that little bit closer in love for Him.
Plus, I am always up for a challenge....

And, I'm afraid to say, but as you asked, if you choose not to accept God, then the consequence is already chosen... but that can be changed, with the love of one guy....

Why would anyone hate you? Why do you say that. I am sorry if you have felt that way from Christians. We are only human and forget that we represent our God. I may see you as lost but woiuld never hate someone. It is good to see other opinions. We would be in a very big box if we didnt. And going against what God would want from us. Again I apoloise for any Christain that has hurt you based on your opinion Dont leave!!! God bless

This is the first time I think I have seen you, so the answer is no. At least, not yet. I don't hate people for being Athiests, or Agnostics, or "Free thinkers", or any of that stuff.

I might dislike you if you act like a jerk. That's entirely up to you, though.

I don't like jerks as a general practice, no matter what they say their religion is (or not).
