i pay my car off and never registered my car with the state,i lost the original title how can i get a title for my its payed for

You can apply for a replacement if you have proof of ownership like a paid in full receipt from the seller. You should have registered it right away.

It the car was never registered with the state, there wouldn't be a title available to lose. Do you mean, you had the MSO,a manufacturer's statement of origin? If that is the case, you will need to contact the manufacturer, requesting a copy of the MSO, then you would get an inspection, and begin the registration/titling process. If you did have the car registered in a state, contact that state requesting a copy of the title, you can use your VIN to get the process started, to connect the car to the records.

if never registered it still belongs to the guy u bought it from...find him maybe he will be nice to you
