After a breast reduction surgery, you can expect the scars to raise up and turn bright pink before flattening out. In addition, the scars are likely to be extremely obvious for a year following the breast reduction. They will eventually begin to fade a bit, but they will always remain apparent. However, all of these scars will be completely undetectable under a bra or strapless evening gown.
If you are still not satisfied, you can consider using some makeup to camouflage the scars. Use a foundation that matches your skin tone, such as Max Factor Pan Stick, Cover Mark, Prescriptives Camouflage Creme which are all good choices for scar coverage.

I had reduction surgery from about your size to a c cup about 12 years ago. Yes the scarring is permanent, yes I did lose nipple sensation, which has come back, but not completely, and I could not breast feed my daughter post reduction, which I was warned about prior to the surgery. But it is the best thing I have ever done, and the scars are less noticeable as time goes on. The coMfort factor is the biggest plus, and the shopping is so much more fun !!

How long ago was your surgery?
Mederma and ScarGuard worked very well for my breast reduction scars. They are 95% gone and I am over one year post op.

Vitamin E oil. I bought some prior to having a boob job and the scars below my breasts healed amazingly. So worth it. I bought it from a herbal store. Give it a shot. The sooner you start the better. The scars soften and go very very thin.

well, my saliva is known to have healing properties. I can kiss them better and your scars might go away.
