Ok..I gave this guy a note that said will you go out with me? And he hasnt answered me yet..But i always see him reading the note over and over again..But he still hasnt gave me an answer...Do u think he will say yes or no?

its probably yes. if i won,t go with a girl i tell her the day she asks. if i will i do exactly what he did and read it over and over or think about it a long time. so he should say yes.

probobly yes, because if hes reading it that means he's considering it and there is something stopping him from saying yes.
i think he'll say yes because, as mean as this sounds, he can always break up with you but it may be his only chance to go out with you.
at least thats what i would do
