Ask him straight by explaining the reasons you are worried about him. If he understands it's a serious matter, he will confide in you.

Well, the only way to be absolutely positive that he is having sex, is to hear it straight from him. But in my opinion all the signs point to the idea that he is indeed having sex. Now, talk to him again, but this time try and explain to him that he should just be honest with you and you won't get mad. Because honestly at his age he will probably have sex anyways. Regardless if you knew or didn't. So it's better for him to feel comfortable talking to you about it. That way you both could get your way. You can inform him on all the risks and the procedures he should take to reduce those risks. He gets what he wants, but hopefully for the right reasons. LOVE and not LUST.
Good Luck sweetie!
Let me know how it all goes (=

Believe it or not. That's the general age guys AND girls are having sex now. Honestly the best you can do is sit him down and talk to him about it. Maybe buy him his own box of condoms. Atleast he's using protection the best you can hope is that he uses his own common sense. He's going to have sex no matter what actions you do against him. Just dont' go against him and make him realize that he can run to you if he needs to. There are so many younger sibling's who can never run to their older because they dont' think they can trust them. I'm like that with my older brother. You dont' want that. You want him to be able to go Hey...i need help. Good luck

well lots of times girls leave very personal items when they do have sex with a guy, like maybe a bra, or maybe you could find where he is stashing the condoms, b/c if he has them and wants to keep them a secret he hides them. If you find them count them and a few days later check again and if one is missing ask him. But he best way of handling this is talking to him.

Possibilities seem high, you're talking about a guy who dumped his girlfriend because she wouldn't have sex with him. I'm not trying to say anything bad about him when I say that. If condoms are going missing at least be glad he's having safe sex.

Why don't you stop being dso damn nosey, and respect the privacy of other people's sex lives. If your condoms are going missing, he's not out getting girls pregnant. If you're pissed abouit the condoms, just tell him to buy is own, or if you're really so concerned, make sure he knows that he can rely on you for them. Otherwise, mind your own business.

If he taking your condoms then maybe he isnt as stuip as you think. Give him some credit.
Try not to push the subject, it will only push him further away. It really isnt your business anyway.
Hand him some condoms and say " just in case you need them, if you ever want to talk I'm here" and leave it at that. If he wants to talk he will and if he doesnt than atleast he has some protection.

Well, he must not be too stupid about things if you notice condoms are missing. At least, he is doing that. Personally, I think that is too young to be having sex, how old are you?? Talk to you brother in a serious, sit-down manner, if you still believe it's true, maybe you should talk to your parents.

It sounds like he is stealing your condoms, so at least he is having protected sex! I would just talk to him about it as if you already know he is having sex, because I believe he is. That age, especially for a guy with his sister, is probably just to shy to discuss it with you, or afraid you will tell your parents. You might want to let him know that common courtesy is never to take someone's last condom without them knowing about it!!

Ask his girlfriend. lol... I'd do it. But seriously, I think you have your answer. Condoms gone missing...dumped the girlfriend 'cause she wouldn't have sleep with him. If stays with his new one, it's seems clear to me that he is having sex. Tell him why you do it and that you're never gonna do it again, but ask him frankly. He'll answer you.
