If I just started playing golf for the first ever in my sophomore year of high do i have a chance of geting a scholarship to college specifally Rutgers-Newbrunswick?

You have a lot of work to do, but it's not impossible. You need to get some credentials -- play in and win some tournaments. Play on your high school golf team; qualify for regionals and states. Play in as many junior golf tournaments as you can. Get a summer job at a golf course and take lessons from one of the pros. You'll learn a lot hanging around a golf course, and the pros might even be able to help you get a scholarship by giving you a recommendation. As for the specific school you are interested in, you'll have to check there and see what scholarships, if any, are offered.
