i think i'm underweight and really dont want to go to the doctor....bad experiences lol laugh at that

Just increase your serving size buy a tablespoon or so or add 2 mini meals one in the am and one in the afternoon - a mini meal would be an apple and cheese, 1/2 sandwich with a cup of soup, and so on. The important thing when gaining weight is to not change up your activity and accidentally lose the weight just maintain as you are now and you will gain weight gradually and attractively instead of a big tummy or large thighs. Just consume more calories. Try to have a second helping of each meal of the day. Remember, pigging out on junk is definitely not the right way.

we could switch diets...I mean, for dinner tonight, I had pizza and breadsticks. For lunch, I had clam chowder and fries and for breakfast I had cottage cheese and a pb & j.

I eat like crap - ESPECIALLY on the weekends...
