Would the Conservative Jewish movement consider this conversion valid?

As an Orthodox Jew, I can tell you that based on halaha the answer is no. You have to got through a mikveh in order for it to be valid. Conservative Judaism will not accept that nor would a lot of Reform shuls that I know of.

Well I am a humble messianic...but I would say without going through the formalities, or at least approching a Beit Din with three or more qualified men, a Conservative congregation wouldnt accept it.
