Walk away, you have no right to break this relationship up. Id they split by all means ask him out but until then back off and let them sort their stuff out, you wouldn't want another girl walking in on your relationship would you?

Breaking them up would be a terrible thing to do. If their relationship is really deteriorating, then stand by the sidelines and wait, don't influence it in anyway (positive or negative). If in the end, they break up, there's your chance.
