hello, im pretty sure the pimple i had on my forhead was a very light form of cystic acne. i dried it out and tried to bring it to the surface. a very little did and i took the proper steps to get rid of the head of the pimple. now the area is very dry and the skin on the pimple looks rough and almost dead like. any suggestions on how to get rid of this? and the redness?

they said that putting visine on that area will get rid of the redness. if the bump is still there, use 4% benzoyl peroxide. it works for different types of acne...

try using eye drops that reduce redness in eyes. It works for me, just dab a little onto the pimple and the redness should pretty much be gone. This is not a permanent solution, but it does work for a short amount of time.
