Do things with her. If you are her friend and you hang out with her then she may not need that other girl for a friend.

Obviously, this newfound freind is having a bad influence on her. There is a few things you can do, though, do make her realize how she's acting.
When she thinks she can get whatever she wants, simply say a firm 'no' to everything. If you keep giving in, she will just think that she's the boss, and she has control over you.
Try keeping her away from the girl for a week or two, an make those days the happiest in her life. Treat her to a trip to the mall, or give her a gift, "Just Because". When she goes back to the girl, she'll find that life isn't as happy. And when she get's home, make it hell. Repeat the cycle again, and she will soon find out that life without the girl is so much more fun than with her.

all you can do is talk to her. even though it may seem its going in one ear and out the other. and set a good example. this girl will screw her over and she will learn the hard way. let her live and learn, if she is not wanting to listen to you or your parents.

Maybe if you would show more interest, ask her to do things with you, you would be able to influence her away from that other person.

just talk to her and make sure you provide examples of situations that show how she is different when she is around her "friend"...dont argue...just talk...the more u argue the more she will feel drawn to the friend.
