Humans have 32 teeth if you're inluding your wisdom teeth, but only 28 without. Some people are born with only some or none of their wisdom teeth, so it really depends on the person.

I know this one well 'cause I use to be a patient of this very old dentist and everytime he got me "in the chair" he would tell me " I have all 32 of my teeth " and I had to listen to this for years. lol--he was so proud that he still had all his teeth and wanted to tell me about it every chance he got and me being a teenager I did not want this old man talking to me period. He intimidated me for some reason.
