Do you mean like craft glitter...you may find it at walmarts or michael craft store. They make a brand of clothing called black glitter also...at Target.

try the following places listed and believe it or not a drugstore that has a small craft area will have it. Brooks,Riteaid or Kinney's.
Also do a search on e-bay you can usually find what you want there.If you can't find black glitter use black nail polish with glitter in it, the brand is Wet-n-wild I believe.

You can sometimes find black glitter at Micheals but it is a seasonal item so it gets hard to find after October.

check at a store called spencers if you have one where you live or just check online and maybe they can give you some names of stores to get some at most of the time craft stores are a real good place to buy any color glitter
