most likely she already noticed you but we have a tendency to act like we dont for example if theres a guy we are interested in we wont make eyecontact because we think its awkward so im sure she's noticed you probobly waiting for you to make the first move. If you still are unsure ask one of her friends they might know.. We also tend to meet people nd get interested and talk non-stop about them :) good luck i hope all goes well!
