Is it possible to refill standard Zippo lighters with propane gas, and can they be jacked up (i.e. the gas output increased) to increase the flame? Thanks!

To increase the flame on a zippo lighter you pull the wick out farther, longer wick bigger flame,to refill a zippo you need lighter fluid, you pull it out of its case, turn in over and saturate the cotton with the lighter fluid, but dont fill it up too much or when you stick it in your pocket it will leak a little and burn your leg,I know,Ive done it, propane gas wont work on a zippo

No. Yes. You can not fuel a Zippo with propane, or any other compressed gas. You can increase the flame size by raising the wick.
