I am a recovering anorectic and I could really use some help as a nutritionist is unavailable to me right now

hi, just eat a healthy balanced diet try to include alot of protein and fibre in your diet. And exercise in the morning it will kick start the metabolism for the rest of the day. hope this helps and good luck on your road to recovery

u need to increase ure calories slowly...add 50 per week
im a recovered anorexic and i gained 8 pounds in 4 months only because my body started to store fat since it feared it would go back to starving

u will gain weight but aslong as u work out u will be fine and eventually ure metabolism will catch up to you

im 17 5'8 108 lbs and female and i need 2000 calories to maintain my weight:)

Not possible, reducing your caloric intake to less then 1200 calories a day will always slow your metabolism.

snacking, and excercising. Regular snacking inbetween meals help metabolism and the activeness also helps. I would recommend contacting help center who may have free resources or articles to help with that issue

EAT HEALTHY I TAKE IT YOUR REALLY THIN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT YOU COULD USE THE WEIGHT EAT ICE CREAM 3 TIMES A DAY YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT BUT IT HAS TO BE REAL ICE CREAM
