Most Departments of Motor Vehicle Licensing Division now has a computer with head phones which will show you a picture and read the question for you. It will read the question several times and give you options to answer. No one needs to read the question for you as the computer will give you the test and score the test.

You can take an oral test if you don't read well, however, you will need to be able to read or identify all the road signs and other traffic devices, just like anyone else.
