ok so, basically i am 16, and i weight like 160 pounds. so im on a diet in which i'm only consuming about 5-600 calories a day. in the morning a drink two glasses of hot water with honey n lemon juice, and then when im hungry ill eat a healthy snack bar. im eating a lot of fruits and boiled veggies if im very hungry. once a week ill eat chicken and lots of it. i excercise for 30 mins every day which includes excercising for the stomach, back, thighs and what not and if im in themood to do more i usually go on teh treadmill and walk for 20 mins or less. is this a good idea?
