In order to fix it we need to know what application you are running when the problem occurs. The error message is assigned to a particular fault in each application.

Clicking send error report sends a automatic form to Microsoft which simple informs then that the problem occurs, and it takes less than a second to do.

Sadly it will not fix the problem.

Check the event viewer in computer management for error messages (marked with a red X). If there is a fix for the problem, it will tell you so in the description of the event. If there isn't, try untinstalling the application and then reinstalling it. You may even need to do a windows repair which can be done by booting from your Windows disk.

Microsoft always needs to close. They are having
too many difficulties, because they still don't know how to effectively control what people do with their computers, Microsoft still doesnt exactly know
what we do with THEIR computers, and
why is everybody downloading programs w/o
valid digital signatures? Is it your computer? If it
is, I tip my hat to your ma'am. You're special.
