I know certainly Im not adopted my whole family is O type and Im b+ and while Im on it everyone in my family has brown eyes except my grandma she has blue eyes so how did I get hazel?

One of your parents has to be of the "B" blood group in order for you to have the same. How do you know that everyone is "O", which is quite rare to find? I think there is some error somewhere, get retested again. As to the eyes they have to do with genes which is more complicated than the blood group.

The eye colour could be a result of recessive genes, and I'm not sure blood type is necessarily inherited. If you're sure you're not adopted why not just accept you're different?

Children will have the blood type of either one of their parents. If yours does not match your father's or your mother's, then there is a story to tell. Eye color doesn't "breed true" and differences do not mean anything.
