Anyone selling or giving away talking baby birds around Selma or Fresno, CA?

The birds are all ages and need homes. Some will be talkers. You will have to take a bird education class, but you will be giving a bird a home that really needs one.

In my experience birds don't usually begin talking until at least 6 months old. Is that a baby to you ?
