If you don't clean them (Brush.Floss) regularily you soon won't have any teeth to worry about-they will all rot out.

You can't technically "start over" but the closest you can get now is to go to the dentist and let them do a deep cleaning and then fill all the cavities you already have.

It's really important to keep up with you oral hygiene. It can keep you healthy in other ways than just your mouth. Try and do your best to brush and floss twice a day.

Flossing can be annoying but at least do it occasionally. It helps to prevent cavities by removing plaque between the teeth that your brush can't reach. The longer the plaque sits there the more likely it will form a cavity. So if it's hard for you do it at least once a week to remove everything from the previous week.

Set a reminder on your phone that repeats everyday if necessary!

Good luck!

Trust me you don't want to have dentures!!!! The irritate your gums and are a lot more annoying than brushing and flossing twice a day now. You have to brush and clean those too!!!

Try brushing at the same times each day, that should help you remember. Use a Plax product, brush, floss, then a mouth wash. Brush at least twice a day and you will be happy you did, when you go to the dentist! If all else fails, set your phone or watch alarm to remind you.

When you don't have any more friends because of bad breath ...You might remember to brush. Go to the Dentist and get your teeth cleaned and whatever and brush at least in the morning and before bed....don't forget to floss. You don't want gingivitis(gum disease)

See how people react to your breath if you are speaking standing close to them. It is never too late to start. Go to the dentist and have a thorough cleaning. What you can do if you can't brush your teeth is chew Trident gum. This sounds crazy but it is sweetened with Xylitol and my dentist told me this ingredient prevents cavities forming.

Do you have ADHD? My son does and he forgets details that most people make as a routine. It is very hard for him to remember anything. I have to remind, remind, remind, him. Put notes on your mirror, on your fridge, and on your computer. I'm sure you use it every day. Make it a point to brush before you get on your computer. Do it while it is loading. Also, get an extra brush and toothpaste and put it in your car, backpack, locker, (not sure of your age) then when you remember, you'll have it with you. Also, use listerine. Put it beside your bed and you will remember to use it before you go to bed. Good luck

At least brush them in the morning. Set up a routine. First you do this, then you do that, then you brush, then you do something else. For example, I get up, wash, shave, comb my hair, brush my teeth, put on deodorant, take my vitamin, eat breakfast. I once did it in another order and actually forgot to shave.
I hope no one is trying to kiss you. :-(

You don't have to brush all of your teeth. Just the ones you want to keep.
