i weighed 286 and lost 50 pounds without exercising due to a bad knee and hip. i had an awsome instructor. then i moved back to Tx and had a real unmotivational one and quit and gaind it back. it works though. i lost it in like 4 mos or something. some weeks i lost 7 pounds or 5 pounds even. i didn't even use up all my given points some times cause i was so full. it's the best program out there. and the most cost effective. i ate a oatmeal bar in the morning with my coffee, ate a fruit between brkfst and lunch ate like a sandwich counted out my 17 chips and ate a fruit, then ate an apple or pear between that and dinner and then ate a Weight Watchers dinner with a huge salad, with salad dresing of my choice and i ate like 17 pretzels for an after snack.
the dinners are really good and with a salad in a big bowl, you are full. the organizer counts too. i hope you get a good one. also, i called Jenny Craig and it's like $500 a month for food, i tried Nutri-System, it's $300 a month for horrendous food that is in very small portions. I used to be in very good shape and managed Quick Weight loss Center, it is expensive and you have to cook all your own food and calorie track. i hope all this info helps.

I have never done Weight Watchers, but my sister did and lost a lot of weight. Around 50 pounds in about 10 months. I also have a friend who just started and and has already lost around 10 pounds in only a month. The bad news is my sister gained the weight back when she went off it. You have to really make a life long change in your eating habits.
