Water Cooler information?

Question

Need information on water coolers with detail of how it works and the parts of the machine. I have searched the net for about an hour now and cant find anything helpful if anyone has anything please let me know.

Basically if it provides chilled water then it is a small refrigeration unit chilling a Container of water, so look for how a refrigerator works.
