Crest white strips work really well. My mom smokes and he teeth are pretty white. They are pretty cheap compared to a procedure you'd get at the dentist.

You can also try rinsing with peroxide. DONT SWALLOW IT!!! Some people mix it with water just in case. This worked really well. Me and my boyfriend can tell a difference!

You can use baking soda as well. Just put a little on your toothpaste or you can make your own paste by mixing it with water and brushing that on there.

Good Luck

Try a whitening toothpaste. I've used pearl drops (hard to find) and didn't use it daily as it can actually scratch your teeth. Also, use a medium brush, not soft. And the best toothpaste I've tried is Crest night white - it truly does work!

cut down on the coffee/smoking/pop/tea. These things stain your teeth. Not saying you drink or smoke these things, but if you cut back or eliminate them your smile should get whiter. Are you using a whitening toothpaste? Maybe going to the dentist to get you teeth cleaned and whittened would work too

You can try a different type pf toothpaste or even try crest whitening strips. Their a pain in the butt and gross when you take them off but Id say its worth it if you really want white teeth.

Though coffee, tea and cigarettes stain teeth, nobody's teeth are naturally white. Most people's teeth are an off-white colour naturally and anybody with bleach white teeth has them done profesionally
