I am afriad that height is genetically controlled. The only thing I know that can help is a good diet. Stay away from stimulants (coffee, caffeinated beverages). Excessive intake of calcium above the recommended by the Food Guide would be of no benefit (as excess is simply excreted) or potentially dangerous if you take oxalate compounds (may increase risk for kidney stones

Height is determined mostly by human growth hormones. A heatthy, balanced diet can do a lot to ensure that you're putting these out at your max levels, but your max levels will depend on your genes.
5'10" is a pretty good height. Taller than most of the ladies, but you don't have to stoop down to get through doorways. I'm not sure why you'd want to grow much taller.
While calcium is an important part of a balanced diet, eating much more than usual is not such a great idea. Calcium is used almost exclusively to make bones, and in a few chemical processes in the brain. Any left over gets dissolved into the blood stream.
Calcium is a mineral, so if you have too much of it, it will fall out of solution in your body, producing crystals of calcium carbonate in unpleasant places, making your urine cloudy, and burning hot, causing bladder stones, kidney stones, gall stones, and gout, which is a bunch of calcium crystals forming around joints, and tearing up the tissue when you move.
Is the chance of getting taller really worth all that? Hmm. I'd just stick with a healthy balanced diet.

You will grow to the height you are designed for. At 16 you may have already reached your full height. Why do you want to be taller? If the answer is sports then realize that being better is going to get more results than being taller. Just being 8' tall doesn't make a good basket ball player but wasn't there an NBA all star who was only 5'8" or something?
