I have never heard of anyone dying from such a thing. I suppose anything in excess can be harmful, though. Some say chocolate in small increments can be very healthy. I think dark chocolate is better for you. If you had diabetes it could kill you!

I know some people who are incredibly allergic to chocolate, so maybe if they decided to start downing all the bars they could get their hands on. However, your average person will not die from eating chocolate. In fact, dark chocolate has some great health benefits to it!

Well the only way i believe you could is if you were extremely allergic to it, like some people are to peanut oil-but i have never heard of this with chocolate.I guess anything is possible -just becasue we havent heard of it dont mean it cant happen-first time for everything and all!But dogs can die from it it given in excess especially, it is not good for them at all.

If you eat too much, and I mean WAY TOO MUCH, in one sitting, it's possible. Constantly having chocolate overtime could give you diabetes, from which you can eventually die.
You can die if you have too much of anything! I kow of a woman who entered this water-drinking contest to win a PS3 for her sons and she drunk a few gallons of water and she died three hours after she got back to her house!
