Assuming that you are addressing the causes of your depression and taking appropriate medical action, there is a natural remedy that works to which I can attest. Take three tablets of Astra Isatis three times daily. In four to six weeks, you should feel a definite energy surge. Astra Isatis helped me survive a host of serious illnesses plus chronic issues that left me with just enough energy to sit up and walk two or three steps every 24 hours. This natural remedy turned me around. I did the rest myself. Good luck!

one of the classic symptons of depression is overwhelming tiredness, although it may be difficult try to include some gentle exercise in your day (walking is great), this helps to relax the mind and body and can actually give you more energy. Also if you havent done so, have your iron levels checked, iron deficiency.anaemia is common amongst depressed people. Good Luck!!

Exercise daily...it helps to release the feel good hormones in the brain. Also eat healthy foods not junk/fast foods. The body needs vitamins & minerals to maintain an active, healthy
lifestyle. The meds are intended to help but sometimes they just make problem worse. talk to you dr. about exercising & nutrition also. good luck

If you are not active, you tend to get less energetic. Therefore, you get less active and less energetic. Doing something simple, like a walk in the woods should be enough to get your blood flowing, and during the cooler months like this, the cold air should help get your blood flowing a bit more.

You could be anemic, see a doctor for a blood test to find out. It is very simple to treat, you will just need a prescription for iron pills. You need to see a doctor and explain your symptoms first. Feel better.
