I work out at the gym for about 90 to 120 minutes three to five times a week. We have treadmills, ellipticals, stair machines, bikes, weight machines, and free weights. Now, if anyone has any circuit training ideas, exercises that work well, advice, good songs, suggestions, or diet secrets...let me know. :-) (I'm there to lose weight and gain lean muscle.)

Okay, lol, sex is off limits at the gym. I don't think my membership would survive that.

I just need things to do in the gym seeing how I'm there so long.

depends on howe active you are outside of the gym...90-120 mins.. way too long...try 60-90 mins. days you don't push weights 30-45mins cardio is enough. on weight pumping days try 15 mins cardio to start. do your weights then 15 mins cardio to finish and use that half an hour your saved to get outside and enjoy a walk... as far as puhing weights. stay with the basics. bench, deadlifts, squats. throw in arms, shoulders
on different days,, abs everyday or every other day.

It is a good idea to exercise your vocal cords too. I suggest yodeling in the gym while you work out.

Drink tons of water. You might try hiking. I am sure there are some beautiful trails in VA. Nature is a much more fun environment.
